Daswar Marpaung is the President Director of PT Dyandra Promosindo, bringing extensive expertise in business administration and management. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University in 1988 and earned an MBA from Northrop University in 1990. Daswar joined PT Dyandra Media International, Tbk in 2013 as Corporate Secretary and has since taken on key leadership roles, including President Director at PT Nusa Dua Indonesia and Commissioner at PT Mitra Natura Raya. His leadership continues to drive Dyandra Promosindo’s success in Indonesia’s dynamic event industry.

Addy Damarwulan Gunadi is the Managing Director of PT Dyandra Promosindo. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Atmajaya University and holds a Master of Management from PPM Jakarta. Starting his journey with Dyandra Promosindo in 1999 as General Manager, Addy quickly advanced, later serving as Director of PT Samudra Dyan Peraga (2005-2007) and PT Kerabat Dyan Utama (2007-2012). He continued to build his career as Vice President of PT Nusa Dua Indonesia from 2012 to 2014. Since 2015, Addy has held the role of Director at PT Dyandra Promosindo and PT Sinar Dyandra Abadi, where he remains focused on driving growth and operational success across Dyandra’s expanding portfolio.

Michael Bayu Sumarijanto joined PT Dyandra Promosindo in 2015 and currently serves as Sales Director. A graduate of Monash University, Australia, he holds a double major in Marketing and Management. Michael began his career at PT Hartindo Chemicatama, where he advanced to the role of Business Development Manager in 2008. He then joined PT Karingau Power as Project Coordinator in 2010, followed by a role at PT Bayan Resources, Tbk. as Assistant to the CEO in 2013. His expertise in business development and project management has been instrumental in driving Dyandra Promosindo’s sales strategy and growth.
